Before devoting his time to full-time ministry, Ron was the owner and CEO of a signage and graphics company for nearly 15 years, offering advertising services including graphic design, signage, and large-format printing. After selling his company in 2016, Ron worked in sales for several years, utilizing some of the largest CRM platforms in the world.

He is happily married, has three small boys in Adventist education, and currently serves as the Personal Ministries Leader in his local church in Ohio.

Although he was not raised in the church, Ron was converted to the truth in his late twenties from a series of Bible studies he went through with his brother, and wife, Andrea. Ron wants nothing more than to see others experience the life-changing power of the love of Jesus and is committed to helping local Adventist churches share the gospel through technology and innovation.

James Wilson has been raised in the Adventist church since he was a boy. After attending Fountainview Academy and graduating from Weimar University, James set off on a mission trip to the country of Nepal, where he met an Adventist girl that would change the course of his life.

He is now living in Kathmandu with his wife, Sueinn, and two small children, Daniel and Olivia.

James has since established an Adventist media ministry called Jeewit Bachan, and has been instrumental in the advancement of the Adventist Church in Nepal through public evangelistic meetings and various literature and publishing ministries.

In addition to his ministry and One Accord, James serves as the CEO of Webpoint Solutions, a software development company that serves the Adventist Church.
